The Grand Slam tournaments are: the Australian Open, the French Open, Wimbledon, and the US Open. A player that wins any of these is said to have won a Grand Slam. This expression comes from the game of bridge and has been used to refer to these tennis tournaments since 1933. Besides being the most renowned among players and tennis fans, Grand Slam winners are also awarded prize-money and points for ATP Rankings. There are few players who can boast winning these 4 tournaments. This ranking shows the tennis players that have won the most Grand Slam tournaments.
