In March of 2011 FACUA (Consumers in action) presented a document containing 50 proposals for local policy making aimed at political parties that take part in the Local Elections of May 22nd. FACUA is a non-governmental and non-profit organization that is independent of governments, political parties, religious affiliations and company interests, and since 1981 it has been devoted to consumer rights. This ranking lists their relations of citizens with the administration proposals. Which one is most on target?
