Spain is known internationally for its cuisine. Spain's historical contrasts, however, are also reflected in its regional cuisines. From the Paella in Valencia, to Gazpacho in Andalusia, Fabada in Asturias, Cecina en Leon, Lacón with Grelos in Galicia, ensaimada in the Balearic Islands, Butifarra, Fuet and Pa amb tumaca in Catalonia, Pintxos in Basque Country and Cocido in Madrid. As you can see, each Autonomous Community has a lot to say in this regard. So go ahead and grade the traditional cuisine of each Spanish region with the score you think it deserves.
